CUSTOMER PICK UP POLICY

 

 

 

1)    All Special Order Items Must be Pre-Paid in Full Prior to Ordering.

 

2)    A Minimum of 35% Deposit is Required for all Custom Built Rifles.

 

3)    All Customers Will be Notified the Day their Item is Ready for Pick Up. All Customers will be Required to Pick Up within 7 Business Days unless Shipping has been Pre Paid and Discussed with DLD™ Staff.

 

4)    Any Items Left at DLD™ Longer than 30 Days will become Lawful Property of DLD™, and will be Sold to Cover the Cost of the Services Rendered. Any Balances will be Paid to the Original Owner. There will be 3 Attempts to Arrange for Pick Up on Behalf of DLD™ PRIOR to Selling Merchandise.

 

5)    DLD™ will Ship any Customer Items upon Customer Request. The Items will be Shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air Insured. Shipping & Handling Charges are the Customer’s Absolute Responsibility UNLESS Otherwise Discussed with a Member of DLD™ Staff.

 

6)    All Customers will Inspect their Item and or Services Rendered. Upon Satisfaction DLD™ WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR BLEMISHES, MARKINGS, and or DEFECTIVE USE*.

 

7)    All Customers will SIGN and DATE Acknowledging Item Pick Up in Brand New or Satisfactory Condition Depending on Services Rendered. DLD™ WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR BLEMISHES, MARKINGS, and or DEFECTIVE USE*.

 

 

* Defective Use Does Not Apply to Firearms that are under MFG Warranty. DLD™ will help facilitate all MFG Warranty Items*
